Glow Health and Wellness is accepting Medicare, HMSA and UHA insurance.
We are currently in the credentialing process with HMAA. We look forward to expanding our accepted insurance plans as this process is completed.

Weight Loss Program Coverage
While we accept UHA insurance, most UHA plans do not cover medical weight management services. As a result, our weight loss program is typically offered as a self-pay service for UHA members.

Depending on your insurance plan and medical necessity, the following services may be eligible for coverage:
IV Therapy for qualifying medical conditions with a provider referral, including:
Vitamin B12 deficiency
Vitamin D deficiency
Iron deficiency
Dehydration
Medical Weight Loss Program (when covered by your insurance plan)
Trigger Point Injections for pain management
