Your appointment begins with a brief consultation to review your goals, symptoms, and medical history so we can recommend the best treatment for you. Once approved, your IV therapy or vitamin injection is administered by a licensed medical provider in a calm, comfortable setting. Most clients simply relax and unwind while we monitor you throughout the session.

Most IV therapy appointments take approximately 30–60 minutes, depending on the treatment selected. Vitamin injections are typically much quicker and are usually completed in about 10–15 minutes.

If you are unsure which treatment to choose, we’re happy to guide you. During booking or at the start of your appointment, we can recommend the best option based on your goals, whether that’s hydration, recovery, immunity, energy, beauty support, or overall wellness.

Yes. All IV therapies and vitamin injections are administered by a licensed medical professional following a brief health screening to ensure your treatment is safe and appropriate.

Yes. We are a mobile concierge service, which means we come directly to your home, hotel, vacation rental, office, or event location for a seamless wellness experience.

We proudly serve clients throughout Kaua`i. If you are staying in a more remote area, additional travel accommodations may apply. If you are unsure whether we service your location, feel free to reach out before booking.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time, especially for weekends, travel days, and group bookings. Same-day appointments may be available depending on schedule.

Yes. We offer concierge wellness services for groups, retreats, weddings, bridal parties, corporate gatherings, and private events. If you’re planning a group experience, contact us and we can create a customized setup for your occasion.

We currently accept Medicare, HMSA, and UHA and are in the credentialing process with HMAA. Insurance coverage varies by provider, plan, and the medical service being received. We also offer affordable self-pay options for patients without insurance coverage or for services not covered by their plan.
